Flaunt The Salon Refund Policy

At Flaunt The Salon, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and beautiful. Due to the time, products, and expertise invested in each appointment, we maintain the following refund policy.

Services

All salon services are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to discuss your concerns and, when appropriate, schedule an adjustment appointment to address any issues.

Adjustment services are offered at the discretion of Flaunt The Salon and must be related to the original service performed.

Color Services

Hair color results can vary depending on hair history, condition, previous treatments, and home care. Because of these factors, refunds are not provided for color services.

If adjustments are necessary, please contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate your concerns and determine the best solution.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. If sufficient notice is provided when rescheduling, deposits may be applied toward a future appointment at the salon's discretion.
